These terms cover the use of this website and the booking of work with Lock and Key Locksmith.
What we are. A mobile locksmith based in Georgetown, Delaware, serving Kent and Sussex County. Service area only: there is no shop or counter to visit.
Proof of entitlement. Before opening any property or vehicle we ask for identification and evidence that you are entitled to access it. If that cannot be shown, we do not proceed.
The work. We explain the available options before starting and you choose which one to take. Some hardware cannot be opened without damage; where that is the case we say so before beginning.
This website. The pages describe the work we do in general terms. What applies to your particular door, lock or vehicle is confirmed on the call or on site.
